📘 #6 Handling Conflicts & Reporting Rules
Roleplay is all about fun and cooperation. Sometimes conflicts or problems arise, so it's important to handle them respectfully and know how to report issues properly.Important: Always try to resolve issues calmly and fairly in-character (IC) or out-of-character (OOC) before escalating.
⚖️ Handling In-Game Conflicts- Stay calm and respectful. Avoid personal attacks or harassment.
- Use IC methods to solve disputes. Talk it out, negotiate, or involve moderators if needed.
- Avoid Powergaming (PG) and Metagaming (MG). Respect other players' choices and don't use OOC knowledge unfairly.
- If a fight or conflict is part of RP, keep it fair and consensual. Don't force outcomes on others.
🚨 Reporting Rules Violations- Report only serious rule violations. Abuse, harassment, cheating, or repeated rule-breaking.
- Use the official reporting system or contact staff privately. Avoid public accusations to prevent drama.
- Provide clear evidence. Screenshots, timestamps, and detailed descriptions help staff act faster.
- Be patient. Staff will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
- Don't abuse the report system. False reports can result in penalties.
🤝 Community Respect- Remember, everyone is here to have fun.
- Respect diversity of playstyles and opinions.
- Be helpful and encouraging to new players.
