Server Rules

Official Server Rules & Regulations
These rules exist to ensure fair gameplay, healthy communication, and long-term server sustainability. 
Please read carefully. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.


1. Spamming 
Flooding, unnecessary use of capital letters, or colored text is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: Kick

2. Unauthorized Tools or Mods 
Any modification not supported by Rockstar Games, SA:MP, or the administration team is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

3. Insulting or Provoking Others 
Insulting players, religions, races, or groups in any communication channel is strictly forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

3B. Harassment 
Harassing, following, or bothering players after being asked to stop is not allowed. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

4. Deathmatching (DM) 
Random killing or vehicle destruction is disallowed. See exceptions in Appendix A. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

4B. Spawn Killing 
Killing players at spawn points or immediately after spawning is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

4C. Fake Wanted Level 
Killing law enforcement to gain wanted level when not already wanted is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

5. Admin Instructions 
Follow all admin instructions at all times. 
Max Punishment: Kick

5B. Revealing Admin Identity 
Revealing or discussing an admin's identity is strictly forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 30-Minute Mute

6. Bug Abuse 
Exploiting any server, game, or command bug is not allowed. Report on forum. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

7. Punishment Evasion 
Evading mute, jail, freeze, or wanted status is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

8. Reporting via Chat 
Only use /report to report rule violations. 
Max Punishment: 10-Minute Mute

9. Advertising Other Communities 
Promoting other servers, Discords, or cheat mods is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

10. Fake Server Messages 
Imitating system messages (e.g., nick change, connection lost) is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: 10-Minute Mute

11. Player Deception 
Tricking or misleading players for personal gain is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban

12. Vehicle Roof/Seat Shooting 
Shooting while on vehicle roof or empty seat is disallowed. See Appendix B for exceptions. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

13. Multiple Accounts / Account Trading 
One account per person. Trading, selling, or buying accounts is strictly prohibited. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

14. VPN/Proxy Use 
VPNs or proxies are forbidden unless pre-approved and whitelisted by administration. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

15. Misleading Admins 
Lying to admins, hiding ban evaders or hackers is not allowed. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

16. Impersonation 
Using a username to imitate another player is strictly disallowed. 
Max Punishment: 2-Day Ban

17. Main Chat Language 
Only English is allowed in main and VIP chat. 
Max Punishment: 10-Minute Mute

18. Sensitive Topics 
Discussions on politics, race, religion, or other GTA communities are forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 30-Minute Mute

19. Restricted Vehicles 
Hydra, Hunter, and SeaSparrow are only for airborne/sea suspects. No use while suspect is swimming. 
Max Punishment: 4-Day Ban

20. Rejoining Shootouts 
Killed players may not rejoin shootouts for 5 minutes. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

21. Hiding in Interiors While Wanted 
Being in a locked interior while wanted is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: Kick

22. Organization Skins & Equipment 
Do not use organization vehicles or weapons unless in correct skin. See Appendix C for exceptions. 
Max Punishment: 5-Day Ban

23. Abuse of Law Enforcement Roles 
Unjailing or unwanting players without valid reason is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 24-Hour Ban

23B. False Wanted Level 
Players who did not commit a crime should not be wanted unless part of a wanted group. 
Max Punishment: 24-Hour Ban

24. Desert Eagle Drive-By 
Drive-by using Deagle is strictly disallowed. 
Max Punishment: 4-Day Ban

25. Event Disruption 
Players must follow all event rules and not disrupt ongoing events. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban

26. Auto-Scripting 
Use of automation tools for farming or leveling is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 7-Day Ban

27. Jail Camping 
Law enforcement must not camp jail interiors/exteriors to arrest players. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban

28. Accepting Bribes 
Law enforcement officers cannot accept bribes for unjailing or unwanting. 
Max Punishment: 24-Hour Ban

29. Excessive Object Blocking 
Placing too many objects to block entry/exit to an interior is forbidden. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban

30. Jail Escape Abuse 
Players escaping jail cannot be wanted again. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban

30B. Post-Escape Rules 
Escaped players must not interact with police or bombers for 5 minutes after escaping. 
Max Punishment: 3-Day Ban
